| Our manufacturing capabilities run the gamut from one of a kind prototypes to Production CNC machining and JIT shipments of component parts. Our capabilities include providing Precision CNC machining of individual prototypes to complete assemblies including sourcing of castings, to secondary processes including, honing, grinding, heat-treatment, and various final surface treatments. |
- We routinely produce precision components to customer’s specifications holding tolerances of +/- .001 and closer as necessary
- Our CNC Turning capability can produce parts up to 30” diameter by 15” long, weighing up to 500 Lbs,
- Our CNC Milling capability can produce parts with a “cube” of 24”x 24” x30” weighing up to 500 Lbs

We have considerable experience machining carbon, alloy and stainless steel castings and bar-stock materials including heat-resistant materials such as "Hastalloy" and corrosion resistant materials such as "Duplex" and "Super Duplex" Stainless.
Through partnering with our customers we provide “Value Engineering” by identifying “cost drivers” and offering alternatives. We continue to invest in state-of-the-art technologies that support our efforts to reduce processing steps to help to insure our Customer’s competitive advantage in a global market place. |
